Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an injection-molded object. Said method includes: a step in which a heat-shrinkable resin sheet, which has regions (A and B) that have different surface temperatures when irradiated by infrared light, is mounted inside an injection mold; and a step in which an injection-molding resin is injected into the injection mold, thereby combining the resin sheet and the injection-molding resin into a single unit. The disclosed method also has a step, before the resin sheet is mounted inside the injection mold or after mounting but before the combining step, in which a thickness difference is created between the regions (A and B) on the resin sheet by shining infrared light on the sheet such that the surface temperatures of the regions (A and B) differ and the surface temperature of at least one region (A) reaches or exceeds the deorientation strength inflection-point temperature (T) of the resin sheet.
