Abstract:
An antenna coil (3) is formed on a film sheet (13) and the both end sections of the
antenna coil are short-circuited through a short-circuiting pattern (6). An
LSI (2) is mounted on the film sheet (13) and the terminals of the LSI are electrically
connected to the both ends of the antenna coil (3). After mounting the LSI (2),
the short-circuiting pattern (6) is removed.
