Abstract:
A method for manufacturing series dishwashers, and a dishwasher. The dishwasher comprises a body part and an accessory part; the body part comprises a first vertical extending structure; the first vertical extending structure is vertically divided into a characterizing portion and a non-characterizing portion. The first vertical extending structures of dishwashers of different sizes and specifications in series dishwashers have the same characterizing portion, but different heights of non-characterizing portions. The manufacturing method comprises: adjusting the height of the non-characterizing portion of the first vertical extending structure to obtain dishwashers of different sizes and specifications in series dishwashers. During the production of dishwashers of different sizes and specifications, by merely adjusting the height of the non-characterizing portion, various products of different models, different configurations, and different sizes can be derived on a same platform by using the same equipment, technology, tool, and production line, such that the difficulty of redesigning structures of different parts can be reduced and the expense for redesigning production equipment is avoided, the costs are lowered, and the product competiveness is enhanced.
