Abstract:
The method is in the field of production and application of construction products and relates to a method of manufacture and assembly of composite thermal insulation panels. With the method, fiberglass cloth 3 is cut and molding cartridge (22) is assembled as (elements 20) and (21) are mounted to frame (18). Then on one side of cartridge (22) flared fiberglass cloth (3) is attached and then placed in a ((press (25). Thermal insulation material - polyurethane foam (2) is poured through opening (27). Upon flooding gluing of canvas (3) to the polyurethane foam 2 is obtained.. After hardening of the polyurethane foam (2) press (25) is opened and the finished composite panel (26) is removed. Mounting of composite panel (26) to wall (1) follows. The back of panel (26) and wall (1) are coated with one component polyurethane foam (adhesive (4). Then, at four-points of panel (26) the retainer - system of bi-component polyurethane foam is placed. Then panel (26) is pressed and adhered. At the edge of panel (26), along the side which is oriented towards the adjacent panel, which is to be installed polyurethane one-component foam adhesive (4) is applied. The process is repeated with the adjacent panel. Then, wallpaper (5) is placed using a polymeric adhesive (6). Finally the wallpaper is painted.
