Abstract:
A method for manufacturing and installing heat insulation cement composite outer wall comprises the following steps: conducting a series of pretreatment to a heat insulation board at first, manufacturing water pipes, wire pipes and gas pipes as well as doors and windows at a time, and then installing the heat insulation board simultaneously with framework construction. A board-spreading machine matched with the method can produce continuously by traveling on the track with large width, shifting the crossbeam, and multilayer lamination. The technique can save material, reduce cost and shorten time. The heat insulation outer wall produced has no heat bridge, no cracking and low cost. The technique is not only applicable to construction of habitable rooms of buildings but also to construction of cold storages; moreover, the technique is not only applicable to manufacturing and installation of outer walls but also to manufacturing and installation of inner walls.
