Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an insulating superconductive wire rod, the method comprising: an organic solvent-containing insulating layer forming step (S01) for forming an organic solvent-containing insulating layer including an organic solvent and an insulating resin on a surface of a superconductive wire rod; a flux removing step (S02) for removing a flux by heating the superconductive wire rod, in which the organic solvent-containing insulating layer is formed, at a temperature that is equal to or higher than the volatilization temperature of the flux contained in solder and is lower than the boiling point of the organic solvent; and a baking step (S03) for drying the organic solvent-containing insulating layer by heating the superconductive wire rod, in which the organic solvent-containing insulating layer is formed and from which the flux has been removed, at a temperature of the boiling point of the organic flux or higher, and coating the superconductive wire rod with an insulation film by baking the superconductive wire rod.
