Abstract:
A method for manufacturing integrally-moulded dual-layer glasses, comprising the following steps: designing a mould; manufacturing the mould; mould debugging; parameter adjustment; injection moulding; bending; manual surface treatment; stamping an identifier; cutting the lenses; mounting the lenses; correcting the frame; cleaning; inspecting; and packaging and warehousing. The integrated frame double injection mould in step 1 is an integrally-formed glasses leg non-bending mould; two materials used in step 5 are respectively a hard material and a soft material; and in the bending in step 6, hot air of 100-150 °C is blown for 10-20 seconds, the air pressure being 0.4-0.6 mPa, pushing being implemented by means of a cylinder pressing downwards, and cooling and moulding in air being implemented by blowing air; by means of the introduction of a new manufacturing procedure, the mould is simplified, greatly reducing the cost of the mould and meeting the requirements for double injection moulding; the manufactured product can meet the wearing requirements of children, and the efficiency of injection moulding is improved, speeding up production and reducing labour costs.
