Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a rubber bag of a hydraulic accumulator, comprising the following steps: bonding a rubber sheet to an inflatable air bag to form a rubber bag blank; placing the rubber bag blank in a vulcanization device for vulcanization to form an initial rubber bag product; and discharging a gas in the inflatable air bag of the initial rubber bag product, taking out the air bag, and naturally cooling the vulcanized initial rubber bag product to room temperature to form a finished rubber bag product. The rubber bag manufactured by this manufacturing method is integrally formed by one-step vulcanization, has uniform wall thickness, smooth inner and outer surfaces, long fatigue lifetime, a simplified process, high product quality, and good stability.
