Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a jig-integrated bracket using a 3D printer and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a jig-integrated bracket using a 3D printer, the method comprising: a tooth 3D scanning step of 3D-scanning a tooth to be corrected of a patient (S01); a tooth 3D data generating and storing step of generating and storing scanned data (S02); a bracket selecting and position setting step (S03) of selecting the type of a bracket to be applied and setting the position of the selected bracket in the tooth 3D data (S03); a jig selecting and position setting step (S04) of selecting the type of a jig and setting the position thereof (S04); a connector data generating step of generating data regarding a connector between the bracket and the jig (S05); a 3D printing data converting step of converting data for 3D printing (S06); and a jig-integrated bracket 3D printing step of outputting a jig-integrated bracket using a 3D printer (S07). The method for manufacturing a jig-integrated bracket using a 3D printer according to the present invention makes it possible to use a jig-integrated bracket optimized for various treatment plans and deviations that exist with regard to respective teeth to be corrected, thereby substantially improving the effect of correction.
