Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to suppress the occurrence of cracking during welding of a member despite the joined portion being tempered. A method for manufacturing a joining member comprises arranging a joining subject portion (Df) of a first member (D) and a joining subject portion (Ef) of a second member (E) in contact with each other, heating and welding the joining subject portions of the first member (D) and the second member (E), subjecting the welded first member (D) to a step for suppressing the occurrence of cracking, and annealing the welded portion of the first member (D) and the second member (E) by electromagnetic heating. A device for manufacturing a joining member is provided with a first electrode (11) brought into contact with a first member (D), a second electrode (12) brought into contact with a second member (E), and an inductive heating coil (23) for induction heating a portion where a joining subject portion (Df) of the first member (D) and a joining subject portion (Ef) of the second member (E) are brought into contact with each other and joined, the induction heating coil (23) being disposed between the first electrode (11) and the second electrode (12) when induction heating is performed.
