Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a low-cost key sheet wherein a positional shift generated at the time of adhering a key top and a top cover on a key base is eliminated and the distance between the adjacent key top and top cover or that between the adjacent members, i.e., the adjacent key tops, is reduced. A key sheet manufactured by the method is also provided.
A method for manufacturing a key sheet (4) provided with a key top (1) and a key base (6) has: a supplying step of supplying a sheet-like key member (3); an adhering step wherein one surface of the supplied key member (3) is adhered on the key base (6); and a separating step wherein the key member (3) is irradiated with a laser beam (8) from the side of a surface having no key base (6) thereon after adhering the key member, and the key member (3) is separated into individual key tops (1) by cutting the key member. The key sheet manufactured by the manufacturing method is also provided.
