Abstract:
This laminate manufacturing method has a thermocompression bonding step in which each piece of metal foil is transported so as to be sandwiched between at least one surface of a polyimide film and a protective film, the pieces are caused to mutually overlap, and the pieces are thermocompression-bonded between a pair of pressurized rollers. In a range of 1–200 cm upstream from the pressure-welding section of the pressurized rollers, in the transportation direction, the temperature of the polyimide film is made to be at least 70°C and less than the glass transition temperature of the polyimide film and in the range of 1–100 cm downstream from the pressure-welding section of the pressurized rollers, in the transportation direction, the temperature of the laminate with protective film that has been fed out from the pressurized rollers is made to be 200–350°C.
