Abstract:
The present invention provides a manufacturing method whereby bubbles and foreign matter can both be removed to a high degree at the same time, resulting in the ability to obtain a layered body in which appearance defects are suppressed. This method for manufacturing a layered body includes the steps of causing a coating liquid including a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin to pass through a plurality of depth-type filters and removing bubbles and foreign matter therefrom, and applying the coating liquid passed through the plurality of depth-type filters to one side of a resin substrate and drying the coating liquid to form a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer. The plurality of depth-type filters include at least three types of depth-type filters having mutually different filtering precisions, the final depth-type filter through which the coating liquid passes last has the lowest filtering precision, and the filtering precision of the final depth-type filter is 50 µm to 100 µm.
