Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a lens with built-in hologram device which is characterized by comprising an optical substrate-forming step wherein a slope is formed on at least one end face of a first optical substrate, a hologram optical substrate-forming step wherein a hologram optical substrate is formed by exposing a hologram sensitive material adhered to the sloped surface to light, thereby forming a hologram device, and an integration step wherein the hologram optical substrate is integrated with a second optical substrate.
