A current application pattern (12A) comprises wiring pattern parts (12A-1) which are so formed as to be extended along the regions where wiring layers (12) are provided, connecting pattern parts (12A-2) which interconnect the adjacent wiring pattern parts of each pixel region, and stripe-shaped interconnection patterns (12A-3) which interconnect the wiring pattern parts (12A-1) outside a region where pixel regions are arranged and which are to be used for liquid crystal display. Element constituting parts (12A-2a) which include parts to serve as connecting layers (13) are formed in the connecting pattern parts (12A-2). In the element constituting parts (12A-2a), the parts to serve as the connecting layers (13) are formed into peninsular shapes. Anodic oxidation defects can be avoided and process damages to the active devices can be reduced even if the disconnection and shape defects of the current application pattern (12A) occur.
