Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a lower alcohol fatty acid esterification product-containing composition comprising a step for treating an EPA glyceride-containing starting material oil using a lipase to obtain a lower alcohol EPA esterification product-containing lower alcohol fatty acid esterification product-containing composition. The water content in the reaction solution for said treatment is at least 0.4 mass%.
