Title:
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MAGNESIUM-BASED THERMOELECTRIC CONVERSION MATERIAL, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MAGNESIUM-BASED THERMOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT, MAGNESIUM-BASED THERMOELECTRIC CONVERSION MATERIAL, MAGNESIUM-BASED THERMOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT, AND THERMOELECTRIC CONVERSION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/146095
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This method for manufacturing a magnesium-based thermoelectric conversion material is provided with a start material formation step for adding 0.5 mol% to 13.0 mol% of silicon oxide to a magnesium-based compound to form a sintering start material; and a sintering step for heating the sintering start material in a temperature range from 750 °C to 950 °C while a pressing force of 10 MPa or greater is used to form a sintered compact.
