Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a magnetic modulator 50 including a magnetic pole piece member 54 having a plurality of magnetic pole pieces 54a arranged in the circumferential direction and bridge portions 54b connecting adjacent magnetic pole pieces 54a in the circumferential direction, and an output shaft portion 51, the method comprising a step for axially laminating electromagnetic steel sheets having the plurality of magnetic pole pieces 54a and bridge portions 54b to prepare the magnetic pole piece member 54, a step for molding a resin so as to integrate the magnetic pole piece member 54 and the output shaft portion 51 with the resin, and a step for removing the inner peripheral surface and/or the outer peripheral surface of the magnetic pole piece member 54.
