A method for manufacturing a metal eyeglass frame according to the present invention comprises: a front portion material extrusion step for continuously extruding, by an extruder, a metal material prepared for manufacturing a front portion of a metal eyeglass frame, to manufacture a front portion material; and a cutting step for cutting the front portion material into a shape of an eyeglass frame front to form a front portion preform, wherein when the front portion material is continuously extruded by the extruder, the extruded cross section of the front portion material has a curve corresponding to a curve extending along one side rim portion-bridge portion-the other side rim portion of the front portion preform in view from the above or below of the front portion preform.
