Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a micro chip which is for liquid sample analysis and has a flow path therein, the method being characterized by comprising: a step for preparing a base material (1) having, in a surface thereof, a groove serving as a flow path; a step for preparing a film (2) which covers the surface of the base material (1) to seal the groove and can thus form a flow path; a step for applying, on the base material (1), an adhesive (3) and/or a sticking agent (3); and a step for attaching the film (2) onto the base material (1) so that a surface of the base material (1), to which the adhesive (3) and/or the sticking agent (3) is applied, and the film (2) overlap each other, wherein the attaching step includes a step for pressure-bonding the film (2) and the base material (1) under 32-643 kPa, and a step for curing the adhesive (3) and/or the sticking agent (3).
