Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a micro-LED display panel. The method for manufacturing a micro-LED display panel comprises the steps of: preparing a substrate having electrode pads formed on a main surface thereof, the electrode pads having a width of 50-100㎛; arranging a mask on the substrate, the mask having openings which are formed therein and have a width of 50-100㎛ to allow the electrode pads to be exposed therethrough; filling the openings with a solder paste including solder powder, an adhesive resin and an activator; forming solder bumps in contact with the electrode pads by using the solder paste filled in the openings; and bonding micro-LED chips to the substrate by the solder bumps, wherein the solder paste filled in the openings may be first solder powder having a particle diameter of 10-25㎛ or a mixture of the first solder powder and second solder powder having a particle diameter of 5-15㎛.
