Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a microcapsule. The present invention comprises: a step for preparing a primary mixed solution in a reactor of a certain size by adding a certain amount of primary additives to an aqueous solution in which distilled water and an emulsifying agent are mixed; a step for primarily stirring the primary mixed solution by rotating an impeller disposed in the reactor; a step for secondarily stirring a secondary mixed solution by rotating the impeller so that the secondary mixed solution, in which a certain amount of a self-healing agent is mixed with the primary mixed solution, can be emulsified; a step for adding secondary additives to the emulsified secondary mixed solution in the reactor, and heating the emulsified secondary mixed solution until a predetermined reaction temperature at a certain temperature increase rate is reached; and a step for thirdly stirring the secondary mixed solution by rotating the impeller, while maintaining the reaction temperature to generate a preliminary microcapsule having a spherical thin film formed on the surface of the emulsified secondary mixed solution, so that the preliminary microcapsule passes through a through hole of a porous body disposed between the inner surface of the reactor and the outermost of the wing of the impeller.
