Title:
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MICROORGANISM-DERIVED EXTRACELLULAR VESICLES HAVING IMPROVED YIELD, AND COMPOSITION FOR IMPROVING SKIN CONDITION COMPRISING EXTRACELLULAR VESICLES MANUFACTURED THEREBY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/055250
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing microorganism-derived extracellular vesicles having improved yield by means of cell lysis, and to a composition for improving a skin condition comprising lactic acid bacteria-derived extracellular vesicles manufactured by the method. The method for manufacturing microorganism-derived extracellular vesicles, according to one aspect, can obtain, in large quantities, extracellular vesicles having excellent functional activities such as anti-inflammatory and skin whitening activities, and thus can be useful in the manufacture of a composition for improving skin conditions.
