Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a microporous film, said method comprising: using polypropylene (PP) as a resin component; preparing a resin composition that comprises 0.01-20 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the resin component, of a chemically modified cellulose or chemically modified cellulose nanofiber and 0.01-3 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the resin component, of a β- type crystallization nucleating agent; melt-molding the composition into a membrane-shaped product wherein the crystal phase of the polypropylene component in the resin composition is substantially a β-crystal phase; and then stretching the membrane-shaped product at a temperature of 60-160°C. Also provided is a microporous film.
