Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a mold for a foam product, wherein a steam hole is integrally processed at a cavity mold and/or a core mold side in a mold for a foam product so as to improve the efficiency of steam and cooling water injection. The method for manufacturing a foam product according to the present invention comprises: the extrusion molding step of respectively and separately extrusion-molding a cavity mold and/or a core mold in which a plurality of thick portions and a plurality of thin portions are alternately formed; the steam hole processing step of processing a plurality of steam holes in thin portions of the cavity mold and/or the core mold side; and the post-processing step of post-processing the cavity mold and/or the core mold which is processed with a plurality of steam holes.
