Abstract:
This method for manufacturing a molded hook-and-loop fastener (1, 2, 3) uses, as a synthetic resin for forming the molded hook-and-loop fastener (1, 2, 3), a thermoplastic resin which has a melt flow rate of 20 to 60 g/10 min. and a flexural modulus of 1000 to 2300 MPa. Accordingly, since the top end face (12a) of the engaging head portion (12, 32, 42) is flat and at least a portion of the rear side base end face (12b, 32b, 42b) of the engaging head portion (12, 32, 42) is able to stably form engagement elements (10, 30, 40) having an angle of 70-110 degrees with respect to the height direction of the stem part (11), the molded hook-and-loop fastener (1, 2, 3) can be obtained so as to have high peel strength and good skin feel.
