Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a molded product by using a replaceable mold according to the present invention comprises: a step of preparing a printing plate to which ink is supplied in a predetermined pattern; a coloration step of staining an elastic pad with the ink provided on the printing plate; a movement step of placing the elastic pad between replaceable mold halves; a transfer step of bring the elastic pad into contact with the inner surfaces of the mold halves to allow the ink to be printed on the inner surfaces in the predetermined pattern; a return step of returning the elastic pad to the original position thereof; a step of placing a preform for supplying a molding material to a molding space of the closed mold halves; an expansion step of blowing air into the preform to form a molded product having the predetermined pattern printed on the outer surface thereof; and a separation step of releasing the molded product coming in close contact with the inner surfaces of the mold halves.
