Abstract:

This method for manufacturing a motor core includes: a stacked body manufacturing step of manufacturing a stacked body 10 in which a plurality of iron core pieces 11 are stacked on one another, and which includes a magnet accommodating portion MHb10 extending in the stacking direction; a magnet installing step of installing a permanent magnet 30, extending in the stacking direction of the iron core pieces 11, inside the magnet accommodating portion MHb10; and a fixing step of fixing the permanent magnet 30 inside the magnet accommodating portion MHb10 using a synthetic resin material Y which is in a softened state at a first temperature T1, and which cures at a second temperature T2 higher than the first temperature T1. The fixing step includes: an injecting step of setting the temperature of the synthetic resin material Y to the first temperature T1, and injecting the softened synthetic resin material Y into the magnet accommodating portion MHb10 using an injecting device X including a container capable of holding the synthetic resin material Y in a softened state; and a curing step of increasing the temperature of the synthetic resin material Y that has been injected into the stacked body 10 to the second temperature T2, with the injecting device X retracted from the stacked body 10, to cure the synthetic resin material Y.
