Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a motorized power steering device wherein auxiliary torque generated by an electric motor (43) is added to a rotation shaft (24) via a speed reduction mechanism (44). This manufacturing method comprises a shaft mounting process wherein the rotation shaft (24) is rotatably mounted in a housing (51), and a speed reduction mechanism installing process wherein subsequent to the mounting of the shaft, the speed reduction mechanism (44) is installed on the rotation shaft (24).
