Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a multilayer iron core, comprising inserting permanent magnets (20, 21) into magnet insertion holes (13, 14) of a multilayer iron core body (10a) which comprises a stack of multiple iron core pieces (11) and includes said magnet insertion holes (13, 14), which are provided with opening parts (17, 18) open to an inner space (15) or to the outer side, and sealing the permanent magnets (20, 21) within the magnet insertion holes (13, 14) with resin while the opening parts (17, 18) are blocked by a blocking member (23), said method of manufacturing a multilayer iron core being characterized in that the blocking piece members (32) forming the blocking member (23) are connected temporarily to respective iron core pieces (11) and the blocking member (23) is removed while the multilayer iron core body (10a) is resin-sealed. Thus, without requiring special blocking members, magnet insertion holes (13, 14) that are provided with opening parts (17, 18) at portions thereof are blocked, and the permanent magnets (20, 21) are sealed with resin.
