Abstract:

Provided is a method for manufacturing a nano-carbon microparticle, comprising: step I, digesting a Malvaceae plant to produce a solution containing lignin; step II, extracting lignin agglomerate from the solution containing lignin, and then removing the salt in the lignin agglomerate to form a lignin-containing substance; step III, carbonizing the lignin-containing substance to form a carbide; step IV, crushing the carbide; step V, performing high-frequency heat treatment on the crushed carbide to obtain a carbon microparticle; and step VI, crushing the carbon microparticle again, so that the carbon microparticle is finely crushed to nanoscale. The obtained high-purity carbon microparticle has excellent properties in conductivity, wear resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and other aspects, and can be widely used in electromagnetic sealing materials, wear-resistant materials, heating elements, heat-resistant materials, and corrosion-resistant materials.
