Abstract:
Provided is a method with which it is possible for a non-linearly machined resin sheet, in which tapering of a cut surface is suppressed, to be manufactured simply. This method for manufacturing a non-linearly machined resin sheet includes forming a workpiece by overlaying a plurality of the resin sheets, and non-linearly cutting an outer peripheral surface of the workpiece using an end mill having a blade angle of 0°. In one embodiment of the present invention, the resin sheet includes an adhesive layer and/or a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and in one embodiment the resin sheet includes a polarizer.
