The purpose of the present invention is to manufacture a non-woven fabric by fusion-bonding a resin layer, which is slowly crystallized, by means of a heat roller. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a non-woven fabric, the method comprising: a fiber spraying step for spraying fibers from a plurality of fiber spraying devices; a sheet conveyance step for collecting a bundle of fibers sprayed from the plurality of fiber spraying devices on a conveyance surface and conveying the bundle in the conveyance direction while forming a sheet-shaped fiber layer; and a fusion step for applying heat and pressure by means of a heat roller to the sheet-shaped fiber layer and fusing the sheet-shaped fiber layer, wherein the plurality of fiber spraying devices at least have a first fiber spraying device for forming a first layer in the thickness direction on the conveyance surface, and a second fiber spraying device for spraying a fiber comprising a material different from the first fiber spraying device to form a second layer in the thickness direction on the conveyance surface.
