Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a one-piece dental implant in which a ceramic abutment is sealingly secured to a titanium or titanium alloy implant fixture. In a state in which a titanium or titanium alloy implant fixture (1) into which a truncated conical recess (1a) is drilled that is tapered from the inside of the oral cavity to the jawbone side is heated to a temperature of 100 to 300°C, a projection (2a) of a normal temperature ceramic abutment (2), which is provided with a prosthesis fixing part (2b) on a side opposite the jawbone and the truncated conical projection (2a) on the jawbone side which is tapered in the same manner as the truncated conical recess (1a) of the implant fixture (1), is press fitted into the recess (1a) of the implant fixture (1) and then cooled to normal temperature to manufacture a one-piece dental implant in which the abutment (2) and the implant fixture (1) are integrated.
