Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an optical component capable of achieving both abrasion resistance and tight adhesion between a substrate and a polymer layer in a high-temperature/high-humidity environment. The method for manufacturing an optical component according to the present invention comprises: a step (1) for applying a lower-layer resin and an upper-layer resin; a step (2) for forming a resin layer having a recessed and protruding structure on the surface by pressing a die onto the lower-layer resin and the upper-layer resin from the upper-layer resin side in a state where the applied lower-layer resin and upper-layer resin are sequentially stacked from the substrate side; and a step (3) for forming a polymer layer by curing the resin layer. The lower-layer resin has an amide-group concentration not lower than 1.5 mmol/g but lower than 5 mmol/g. In dynamic viscoelasticity measurement under the conditions where the measurement temperature range is -50ºC to 250ºC, the temperature increase rate is 5ºC/min, and the frequency is 10 Hz; a bottom temperature at which the storage elastic modulus E' of the polymer layer is minimum is 110-210ºC, and the minimum value of the storage elastic modulus E' of the polymer layer is 1×108-1×109 Pa.
