Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of manufacturing an organic EL illuminating device, wherein each anode of a plurality of organic EL elements is connected to each other, a forward direction bias voltage and a reverse direction bias voltage relative to the potential of the anode are alternately applied at a predetermined cycle to the cathodes of the plurality of organic EL elements, and the period of time when the reverse direction bias voltage is applied is continuously increased relative to the period of time when the forward direction bias voltage is applied.
