Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an organic electronic device according to one embodiment comprises: an organic functional layer formation step for forming an organic functional layer, having a single layer structure or a multilayer structure, on a first electrode layer formed on an elongated flexible film 10; and a second electrode layer formation step for forming a second electrode layer on the organic functional layer. The organic functional layer formation step has a coating layer formation step for forming a coating layer 181a via a coating method and has a heating step for obtaining a functional layer by using infrared rays to heat the coating layer while using rolls 28, in which the material of a surface 28a is an infrared ray absorbing material, to convey the flexible film. The average absorptance of infrared rays, for the wavelength range of 3 μm to 10 μm, in the infrared ray absorbing material is at least 0.8.
