Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an organic electronic element according to one aspect of the present invention is a method for manufacturing an organic electronic element 1A having an organic functional layer, said method having a substrate drying step S10, in which a plastic substrate 10 containing moisture is heated and dried, and an element body formation step S20, in which an element body 20 containing the organic functional layer is formed on the plastic substrate that was dried in the substrate drying step. In the substrate drying step, the plastic substrate is heated by infrared light by irradiating the plastic substrate with the infrared light, which has an emission spectrum in which the integral value of a first wavelength range, 1.2 μm to 5.0 μm, is greater than the integral value of a second wavelength range, 5.0 μm to 10.0 μm.
