Abstract:
According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a method for manufacturing an oxide dispersion strengthened alloy using an organic/inorganic mixed composition as a raw material, the method comprising: a raw material preparation step for preparing an organic/inorganic mixed composition by mixing, pulverizing, and granulating mixed ODS powder and a polymer binder; a formation step for forming a semi-finished product having a certain shape by using the organic/inorganic mixed composition as a raw material; a degreasing step for removing the polymer binder from the semi-finished product formed in the formation step; and a sintering step for extracting a final product having a certain shape by sintering and cooling the semi-finished product from which the polymer binder was removed during the degreasing step.
