Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a paper packing box comprises following steps: step 1, providing a base plate, an inner layer paper and an outer layer paper; step 2, pasting the inner layer paper and the outer layer paper on both surfaces of the base plate respectively; step 3, arranging a plurality of grooves on the surface of the base plate pasted with the inner layer paper, so as to form a polygon faceplate surrounded by the plurality of the grooves and a plurality of lateral plates connected to the edge of the faceplate; step 4, providing viscous glue on the side walls which are formed due to the grooves arranged on the faceplate and the lateral plates; and step 5, turning over the lateral plates so as to ensure that the lateral plates are substantially vertical to the faceplate, and gluing the side wall of one groove with the side wall of another corresponding groove together by the viscous glue on the side walls of the grooves so as to form a finished the paper packing box. A paper packing box manufactured by the method includes a faceplate, a plurality of lateral plates connected to the edge of the faceplate and connectors provided between the adjoining plates. The method for manufacturing the paper packing box is simple, and can improve the production efficiency greatly and reduce the prior manufacturing cost. The paper packing box manufactured by the method can be stored or transported in a planar manner and save the space occupied so as to decrease the cost of storage and transportation, and can be assembled more rapidly when used.
