Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a patch. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: applying a drug to the surface of a drug film so as to form a drug layer; passing a multi-layer film, within which a release film is attached to the surface of the drug layer, between upper and lower press rolls; cutting the multi-layer film in a lengthwise direction using a plurality of ring-type slitting blades while passing the multi-layer film between upper and lower first cutting rolls; winding, onto a plurality of first winding rolls, each of the plurality of divided multi-layer films cut in the lengthwise direction; separating the release films in the divided multi-layer films released from the winding rolls, and then cutting the divided films in a widthwise direction using a plurality of linear slitting blades while passing the divided films between upper and lower second cutting rolls; and attaching, to an adhesive layer of a peripheral film, unit films cut in the widthwise direction by the plurality of linear slitting blades.
