Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a planarized liquid crystal display film layer (3'). The method for manufacturing the planarized liquid crystal display film layer (3') can reduce the impact that wiring thickness has on array film topography and implements low-resistance wiring without affecting product yield, thus reducing RC delay of large-sized panel signal transmission. At the same time, the employment of the method allows the manufacturing of a metal layer thicker than one of a conventional method, effectively reduces a load for large-sized panel wiring, reduces signal line resistance, reduces signal delay, and increases display quality.
