Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a plasma display device capable of easily separating a panel from a holding plate. In the plasma display device comprising the panel in which a pair of substrates formed transparent at least on the front sides are faced each other so that a discharge space can be formed therebetween and having a plurality of discharge cells and a metallic chassis member holding the panel through a heat conductive member, the heat conductive member is formed of a stretched peel type adhesive agent, and after the adhesive agent is applied to the panel or the chassis member, the panel and the chassis member are stacked on each other and pressed and heated to harden the adhesive agent.
