Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) platinum-ruthenium alloy powder, which requires high strength and desorption of liquid glass, among platinum equipment used for high-quality glass manufacturing apparatuses. The present invention is designed to overcome the disadvantages when manufacturing by conventional methods such as a multiple number of processes, problems arising from acid treatment and the like, and a manufacturing time exceeding several days. To this end, the present invention comprises the steps of: manufacturing a platinum-rhodium alloy ingot by adding ruthenium for a target composition and an ODS alloy element to platinum; forming an oxide layer by heat treating the ingot; and simply manufacturing the ODS platinum-ruthenium alloy powder by injecting a fixed amount of oxygen into the ingot after a plasma is formed.
