Abstract:
This method is for manufacturing polycarbonate resin pellets containing a polycarbonate resin as component (A), a silicone compound as component (B), and esters of glycerin and an aliphatic carboxylic acid having 12-22 carbon atoms as component (C). The method involves a step in which a mixture containing the component (A), the component (B) and the component (C) is introduced into an extruder, the mixture is melted and kneaded inside of the extruder under the condition that the molten resin temperature is 260°C-325°C at the exit of the extruder, and polycarbonate resin pellets are obtained by extrusion molding. Per 100 parts by mass of the component (A), the obtained polycarbonate resin pellets contain 0.01-0.25 parts by mass of the component (B) and 0.015-0.25 parts by mass of the component (C).
