Abstract:
Provided is a method of manufacturing a polyimide laminate having a polyimide layer with a sufficiently smooth surface. Said manufacturing method comprises a step in which a polyamic acid solution containing a polyamic acid and a solvent is applied on a substrate, and a polyimide layer is formed on said substrate. Said solvent contains a least one solvent selected from a specified solvent group A, and contains N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. The viscosity of said polyamic acid solution is 1.0 to 20.0 Pa⋅s, inclusive.
