Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method of manufacturing a polymer molded product, the method enabling the temperature range available for partial melting to be broadened. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a polymer molded product, the method comprising: heat-treating a crystalline polyhydroxyalkanoate at or above the glass transition temperature; and melt-casting the polyhydroxyalkanoate which was obtained by said heat-treating and which contains lamellar crystals having different lamella thicknesses, the melt-casting being conducted at a temperature range in which a portion of the lamellar crystals are melted and fluidized whereas the remainder of the lamellar crystals remain without being melted.
