Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a portable terminal frame with metal and, particularly, to a method for manufacturing a portable terminal metal frame by using a rolling method, the method enabling a high machining accuracy and a short processing time by using a rolling method. The method for manufacturing a portable terminal metal frame by using a rolling method, of the present invention, comprises: molding a pair of first frame members by allowing a metal wire rod to penetrate between a first roller having a first forming part formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof and a second roller having a second forming part formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof; molding a pair of second frame members by allowing a metal wire rod to penetrate between the first roller and the second roller; and coupling the pair of first frame members and the pair of second frame members so as to manufacture an outer frame of a portable terminal.
