Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing a power generation element, a power generation element, a power generation device, and an electronic device that are capable of stabilizing the amount of power generation. [Solution] A method for manufacturing a power generation element that does not require a temperature difference between electrodes when converting thermal energy into electrical energy, the method being characterized by comprising: a first electrode formation step for forming a first electrode 11; a non-conductive material formation step for forming a non-conductive material including fine particles on the first electrode 11; a second electrode formation step for forming a second electrode 12 having a work function different from that of the first electrode 11 on the non-conductive material; and an intermediate portion formation step for curing the non-conductive material and forming an intermediate portion 14.
