Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a quantum rod film, comprising: forming a layer of light transmission film (22) on a base; forming a plurality of strip-shaped grooves (221) on the light transmission film (22); forming a quantum rod layer (24) on a guide film, wherein the quantum rod layer (24) comprises a curing adhesive and quantum rods (241) and an electric field induction monomer doped in the curing adhesive; applying an electric field to the quantum rod layer (24), so that the electric field induction monomer drives the quantum rods to be arranged along the strip-shaped grooves (221) under the action of the electric field; and curing the curing adhesive so as to fix the quantum rods (241). Provided is a quantum rod light-emitting display device having a quantum rod film manufactured using the method. On this basis, the consistency of quantum rods in a long-axis direction can be improved, so as to improve the display brightness.
